Brown Founder and CEO Michael brings over 20 year's business experience in the fields of publishing, marketing and senior administration to his role as Founder and CEO of Second Acts.  Michael, who resides in Los Angeles, is the official spokesperson for the organization and makes personal appearances at all fundraising events and functions. David Spiegel CFO David has worked in veterinary care for over 10 years and spent more than 15 years in corporate executive positions, including CFO of a healthcare agency.  A resident of Los Angeles, David handles all financial matters for Second Acts and ensures that 100% of all donations received go towards rescue groups. Johanna Hulbert Secretary Johanna is a seasoned professional in the worlds of communications and public relations and oversees the organization's corporate publicity and marketing materials.  With Oregon as her homebase, Johanna's 25+ years of experience and knowledge working with animals is a major factor in the successful fulfillment of the mission of Second Acts. Tony Rico Administrative Manager Based in Nashville, Tony holds over 10 year's corporate experience in key management positions and assists with the daily operation, coordination of events, and communication for Second Acts.
